Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@goldolivetree.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

As our printed materials are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

All digital sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds on digital purchases.
